Can I pay with USD, GBP or any other currency?
Yes you can! You can pay for your QuestionScout Pro plan with any currency that’s listed on this support document
. Because we’re based in the European Union, all of the payments that are made directly to QuestionScout are automatically converted to Euro.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up by going to our Sign Up page, or by selecting a pricing plan on this page.
When do I need to pay?
Every account starts with a free plan, unless you configure it with a plan before you create your account. Your account will be charged at the moment you start your pricing plan.
What types of payments do you accept?
What happens if I exceed my maximum responses?
When you exceed your maximum responses limit, you will still be able to collect new responses. Every new response after your maximum limit will be safely stored in our database, but will be accessible when your limit is increased.
How are you different from competitors?
We are offering affordable data collection for everyone. This means our plans start at a much lower price. We also include all of our features at every single plan level configuration, as we believe that everyone should have access to the tools to grow their business. We are here to help you with that!
Do you support logic/conditional to make my form interactive?
Yes! Our Logic feature allows you to configure if this, then that logic within your form. Our Logic feature is included in every single QuestionScout account.
Do you have annual discounts?
No we don’t. Our plans are incredibly flexible, and annual plans would make it very difficult to manage annual plans.
Do I need to be able to code?
You don’t. All of our forms are completely ready for you to use without requiring any coding knowledge. We’ve even included some documentation on how to embed your form.
Do you have student or non-profit discounts?
We do! If you’re a student or a non-profit, you can contact us to request a discount. Our discounts towards students and non-profits are 50% off of the pricing configuration.
Is my data safe?
As safe as can be. Your data is being stored on an encrypted database, and every form comes with 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) enabled.
What can I do once my data is collected?
As soon as your forms have received responses, you can export them to a .PDF or a .CSV file. You can also set up one of our Connections to sync your data across your other business applications in just minutes!
Is my QuestionScout form GDPR Compliant?
Yes. All QuestionScout forms are GDPR Compliant by default.
Is my QuestionScout form HIPAA Compliant?
Not yet. We’re working hard on getting HIPAA Compliant, and we are planning this for the future. Need HIPAA Compliance on your forms? Contact us here.
Do you provide customer support?
We do! Priority email customer support & livechat support is included for all users at no additional cost. We strive to always get back to you within 60 minutes during our working hours (CEST 9AM to 5PM).
Can I delete my account completely?
We’d be very sorry to see you go, but you can. Managing your billing and account settings can all be done through your account panel. This includes deleting your account.
What happens if I change my plan?
If you downgrade or upgrade your plan, your next invoice will be reduced or increased. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or credits for the time remaining on your existing plan.
Can I cancel my paid plan?
You can! If you’d like to stop paying for QuestionScout, and go back to the free plan, all you need to do is slide the sliders back to their lowest position and confirm the change.
